The staff was very attentive, the breakfast was above average, everything was very good. We loved the convenience of the guest room, as well as a laptop safe, a mini-bar and an electronic key card etc. The bathroom was reasonably spacious with a bathtub. Location: the hotel was just next door to metro stations Picoas and Anjos, bus line and center of Lisbon.

Good and unbeatable location to central park and easy access to a bakery and shopping malls. Just a walking distance from Largo da Estefania. The guest room with coffee making facilities, modern bathroom, as for instance.

As a family, we loved the friendly staff who catered to our dietary needs with gluten-free options. The in-house spa was a big plus, offering fantastic treatments and personalized schedules.

Felt secure and had no reason for complaints.

We were in Lisbon for 4 days, had thoroughly enjoyable stay, the hotel was overall clean with perfect and excellent location right in front of a bus stop. The breakfast was fresh made with wide choise of pastries and the delicious Portuguese pastries.

The rooms were clean and beautiful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel offered a delicious breakfast, and I was impressed by the eco-friendly initiatives they had in place. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a short walk to the city center.

The beds were a bit too firm for my liking, and I wished there was a tea/coffee maker in the room. I found the hotel to be a bit expensive for the value, especially considering the additional charge for a triple room that already had a double and a single bed.
